Samuel Silvers guilty of a burglary in the dwelling house of William Smart in the parish of Rowley Regis on 19th April 1774: stealing therefrom a trunk covered with leather (valued at 2/-), a linen apron (valued at 1/-), 2 linen caps (valued at 2/-) and 3 silver half crown pieces - the property and money of Samuel Smart; and 2 linen caps (valued at 2/-) - the property of Mary Smart, spinster.
